From October to March, West Coast Surf and Stay offers select rooms for 28 days stays starting at $1,800/28 days. It’s the perfect setup for surfers chasing winter swell, remote workers escaping the cold, or anyone looking to slow down and soak up SoCal’s easygoing lifestyle.

Whether you're traveling solo, with a partner, or simply need a flexible home base for a few weeks, this is your chance to experience San Clemente like a local.

• Use of the shared guest kitchen (for rooms without private kitchen)

• From $1,800/28 day (depending on room type & availability)
• Minimum stay: 30 days
• Booking by email only – we’ll help you find the right room
• Payment via bank transfer:
  • A 30% deposit is required to secure your 28 day stay
  • If you cancel more than 30 days before arrival, your deposit will be fully credited toward a future stay – valid for 1 year
  • The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival
  • Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable
  • We're always happy to reschedule your stay, depending on availability and if we’re able to rebook your original dates
